How to approach you

Paying does not buy your answer. If you do not reply in time, at most 7 days, the hold is let go and the sender pays nothing.

Photo

A clear, square photo of your face works best. It shows on your page once you publish, and only while your name shows.

Accent

The accent colors the cover, the Send button and links. Each color keeps text easy to read.

Test mode: these amounts show what would be paid or earned. No money moved.

Receipts

Each message leaves a receipt with the rate and the fee at that moment.

Where each field came from

Only you see this list. A field you changed shows as Claimed and keeps the source value next to it.

Your versions

Each version is approved with your passkey and kept. Visitors see only the newest one.

Organizations that linked you

Only you see this list. Each organization sees only what it recorded, and its entries stay with it. You can remove an organization's access at any time.

When this is on, members can find you and send you a message at your rate.

When this is on, your card also has a public page. Anyone with the link to that page can see your card and your rate, with no sign-in. Search engines do not list the page.

Dark theme

The workspace is light unless you turn this on. This browser remembers your choice. Your public page stays light for visitors.

Take messages

Turn this off to pause new messages. Your profile stays public, and the Send button says you are not taking messages now. Messages you already have stay open until their reply time. You confirm the change with your passkey.

Email me when I get a message

At most one email each hour, to the private email in your record. The email has the subject "You have a new message on CreationLoop" and a link to your workspace. It never holds the message or who sent it.

Email me about my discussions

An email says what changed in a discussion, with any deadline that applies and a link to CreationLoop. It never holds the request, the answer or who sent it. It goes to the private email in your record, or to the email contact that a reviewer checked. You answer only on CreationLoop with your passkey, never by replying to the email. Deadlines run whether or not an email is sent.

To send the email, CreationLoop gives your email address to the email service it uses. Your email is never shown to other members.

Notices on this device

Get a notice on this phone or computer when a paid message arrives, when you earn money, when a payout leaves for your bank, and when a reply is due. It shows the same short words as the email and opens the right screen. It never holds the message or who sent it. Email notices still go.

Money you earn

When a reply, a meeting or a service earns you money, with the amount.

Payouts to your bank

When Stripe starts a payout to your bank, and when a payout does not go through.

A reply due within 24 hours

When a paid message still waits for your reply and its hold ends within 24 hours.

A new paid message

A notice on your devices when a paid message arrives. The email for it is the switch above.

WorkFlow orders

When a buyer or a seller takes a step on a WorkFlow order or setup service, or sends a note.

Show your public profile at a domain you own, such as profile.yourcompany.com.

Passkey

You sign in and publish with the passkey on your device. There is no password.

Your email and phone never show. Your photo shows only with your name.

When you send a message, the member you write to sees your card, even when Show me to members is off. Members you have exchanged messages with still see your card after you turn it off.
